Do you want the fighter's physique? My name is Eric Wong, and I’m a strength and conditioning coach to MMA fighters, including the UFC fighters pictured below: Jeff Joslin, Claude Patrick and Mark Bocek.

Learn the same techniques I use to train these guys to be in top fight shape.

Before I show you how I train my athletes, let me ask you a question:

Are fighters focused on getting ripped abs, muscular arms or powerful looking legs?

No way.

It barely crosses their mind.

If they did, they’d probably end up doing the same old bodybuilder routines that everybody else has been doing for the past 30 years.

But MMA fighters don’t do leg extensions, they don’t use the Pec Deck, and they definitely don’t spend an hour walking on the treadmill in the “fat burning zone“!

Instead of all these aesthetically-driven exercises and methods, fighters are more concerned about having things like:

  • Functional strength to be able to out-wrestle their opponents
  • Explosive power to win the fight by knockout
  • Endless cardio to go the distance

… so that’s what they train for.

And the resulting six-pack abs, chiseled arms and lean, athletic bodies are a SIDE effect of their training for performance.

Let me repeat that because it’s important: your body is a SIDE EFFECT of your training.

TRAIN LIKE A FIGHTER!

And I’m going to show you how.

There are 5 key areas that I focus on developing with my fighters to make sure they’re in top shape.

Do you want those big, bulky muscles that make it hard to scratch your back or would you rather be strong AND flexible at the same time with cardio for days?

Once you apply these training techniques, you’ll finally have that lean, athletic body you’ve always wanted.
