Ripped 8-Week Training Camp For FREE!

Here’s everything you’ll get when you join the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp:

You’ll Get Everything Pictured Here When You Join the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp

I’m going to make entering this contest extremely quick and easy… But only for those who have paid attention to the VIP Updates…

Here’s how to win one of THREE free registrations to the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp.

Answer the following 4 simple skill-testing questions for me in the Comments section below:

  1. What MMA event is going down on April 30 and why is it historic?
  2. What does SCDS stand for and why will it help you? (Hint: VIP Update #3)
  3. How much do you think joining the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp is going to cost? Take your best guess based on what you’ve learned about the program so far.
  4. In 200 words or less, why do you think you deserve to join for free?

I’m asking these questions because I want to see if you’ve been paying attention to the updates. If you’ve been paying attention it shows you’re keen on joining the training camp already and I know you’ll get crazy results going through it, so in the end, we’ll both win.

Just a note – please leave lack of money out of your answer. I’ve spent tens of thousands putting myself through university, training books, certification courses and workshops. I know from experience that every dollar invested in myself gives me so much more in return. Plus, like I mentioned in the last update, the program will not even be priced close to its value when the Grand Opening happens on April 26.

The contest will close Saturday at midnight EST then I’ll hit you up with the winners sometime on Sunday.

Good luck!

Eric

NOTE: The Contest is Now CLOSED. Winners will be announced SHORTLY.

    1. UFC 129 is going down on April 30th. Its historic because there has never been so many fans, in one building watching a UFC event, unlike the huge crowds during the Pride days in Japan. There will be 50,000 plus fans at the Rogers Centre, and GSP will try to defend the belt. He will kick some @ss!
    2. SCDS is the scattered content delivery system. Meaning, instead of information overload, you will get the program in stages so you will not be overwhelmed. Another way to help people improve!
    3. If someone actually followed the program all the way through, it could be worth a lot. But, the price to achieve that goal of finishing the program is paid for by the person doing the training. For the content, it is worth the maximum value Eric Wong can create out of it. To get as many people to sign up as possible, while getting paid for your hard work in developing the program is something you would know better about then I, but I would say 79 dollars is a good price point.
    4. I deserve to join for free, because I always read your e-mails, listened to your audio, thought about spending the money on MMA strength and conditioning for a whole month before I paid, but in the end I put my trust in you. And, I have just started the strength and conditioning program, and plan to execute it. I deserve to join because I want your MMA ripped program just to learn more, and have another program to follow. I especially want to try the SCDS, because the program I bought takes a little work to get through, and a lot of reading and re-reading. I hope I am still eligible to get your new program, and best of luck!

    1. UFC 129. It’s the first time that all 12 bouts will be broadcasted on television.

    2. Staggered Content Delivery System. It is helpful because it will tell you exactly when and how to do your workouts so that you can progress easier instead of overwhelming you with workouts planned in advance.

    3. The program itself is worth a lot. It would probably cost around $200-300 because it is very informative and will tell you exactly how to train. That being said it is probably worth it because you’re using training methods that are actually being used by current MMA fighters.

    4. I believe that I deserve to join for free because it will help me with life in general. I am 18 years old and started getting into MMA about 3 years ago when I saw it on television. I was amazed at the tremendous shape that all the fighters were in. I knew at that point I had to give it a shot. I have been taking kickboxing and BJJ at the local MMA academy. I myself have lost 40 pounds in 2 years. I still need another 30 to go but it has helped me get a job and look good for the ladies. So as you can see it will not only help me in the present, but also in the future. Thanks again Eric.

What MMA event is going down on April 30 and why is it historic?
ufc 129 gsp vs shields, it is the first mma event in Ontario since mixed martial arts was legalized there

What does SCDS stand for and why will it help you? (Hint: VIP Update #3)
Staggered Content Delivery System, it helps because it only gives you the diet, workouts, info and exercises you need to do at that time, not useless info that you can’t use.

What do you think joining the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp is worth?
As far as price i’m sure it’s worth alot, and even if i don’t get it for free, i will probably just buy it.

In 200 words or less, why do you think you deserve to join for free?
because it’s worth my health, fitness, and well being if it’s something that i can better myself with and keep in shape for years to come.

    #question 1:
    - UFC 129 and it will be the first UFC event held in Toronto so far.

    #question 2:
    - SCDS stands for “Staggered Content Delivery System”. Even it is a computer based training program, it will make you feel have your personal coach right next to you throughout the entire camp.

    #question 3:
It is like in the Mastercard commercial:
    - Assessment Guide, Mindset Manual, Priming Phase Nutrition Guide, Supplement Guide, Results Tracker, Quick Start Guide, Training Camp Guide, Nutrition Guide, Training Worksheets and VIP-Bonus: >$547
    - getting fit, losing weight, attracting the oposite sex as a sideeffect: $0
    - having a coach who trained UFC-fighters virtually standing next to you: PRICELESS

(if you were looking for a number here, i’ll make an educated guess and go with $140)

    #question 4:
    - I deserve joining the program for free because i have been waiting for the update to answer the questions first.
    - I have done the research – so the other contestants don’t have to proof, if they really know the answers.
    - Other than that, i hope that the program will help me develop the conditioning & mindset it takes to compete in the next TUF heavyweight season (if i don’t loos lbs 33 like one of the beta-testers ;-)

    Hey chief,

    1. April 30th is the UFC 129, George St. Pierre vs. Jake Shields. It’ll be the first UFC event in Ontario.

    2. SCDC stands for Staggered Content Delivery System, this program, filters out the main content that mma practitioners need and delivers the best results, draws a clear line between train hard and train smart.

    3. The earlier ones were great and i’m sure The MMA Ripped program will be as effective as the previous ones, “the never gas: crazy 8 circuits” i love that circuit program. I’m sure its worth every penny joining this 8-week program, i’ll definitely deliver results.

    4. I think I deserve the free registration of the program, cos unlike others who don’t pay much attention to free programs, and follow only the ones they pay for, I follow free program as diligently as paid programs, so i’m a good candidate to consider for the free registration :)

1,- Record breaking ticket sales plus GSP defending his title

2.-Staggered Content Delivery, is better to receive information in small bits instead of receiving a bunch of information just overloading our systems. I’m a big fan of the kaizen lifestyle, I prefer to make small constant changes instead of trying to change everything at once

3,-Joining the MMA ripped is worth because I’ll receive advise from experienced people and trial and error will be out of the way. Also my fitness goals right now are more MMA oriented I want to improve my cardio so I think MMA Training camp will give me everything I need

4.- I deserve to join for free because I’ll follow Eric’s advise as it is written, I have the discipline to follow this kind of program I have made great strength improvements and I believe I need Eric’s advise to improve my cardio and other aspects besides strength

1: UFC 129 with amazing title fights
    2: staggered content delivery system
3: It`s worth a lot… hard to tell concretely what its worth in general.
For my humble self it is going to be a real challenge
(thats what I´ve been looking for) and a start for a new phase of life.
In my past years my life got a lot outta control:
Unhealthy lifestyles (Drugs/alc./sleepless nights) lead to my best friend doing time in jail for a longtime.
Myself paying vast money for spraying Graffiti … and stuff I don`t wanna mention.
I know I sound like a bitch right now, complaining.
But since last summer I got back into sports (currently building muscle with the schedule from
mensworkoutguide.com, basketbal and more) and gave my life new directions. It helps alot in different
aspects of life….. (so for minimum its worth to tease yourself, breaking routines everyone does, looking
dumb as shits with practising crazy workouts and go through hell – just because u know what you`ll get for it
    in the end)
4: I will show up + work hard, go to my own gym (24h open) and will be able to pinpoint follow your instructions.
My experience and point of view isn`t ordinary, I´m 6ft tall and live my life to the fullest.
You`ll get a big fanbase in Bavaria, Germany :) and I´ll get people around me
and my family to see I`m not as bad as they say

    1. Well UFC 129 is comming on April 30th. It will be historic because there will be a lot of fans there, plus the big match that’s going to be at UFC 129.
2.SCDS stands for “Staggered Content Delivery System ”
Well i understand by this, that there won’t be too much information, just what is needed to know about, and more focusing on the program. And i totally agree with this.
3.If a person would be very serious and do the program all the way, and after he finished hi’s 8 weeks of training, he would have a great cardio, plus endurance, power, speed…And for all the hard work that Erick put and tried to create this program would deserve something. So in my opinion the price for the program should cost around 95 $, just my opinion.
4.I believe that i should join free because, i like to have an activity you know, i mean i have a sporty attitude, and i push myself more to accomplish the things that wan’t to happen, especially when i’m training. I am serious when it comes to training, i like to stay focused on what i’m supposed to do, and i would like to learn more about MMA, and also to have a great body, not just on the outside, but in the inside more. I hope i have a chance to be in the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp for free. Thank you so much for this opportunity.

    1) UFC 129 is taking place on April 30th 2011. It is historic because UFC 129 sold out when tickets went on sale to the general public on February 12, with officials scrambling to up the number of seats to 55,000. Selling out all 55,000 tickets for gate revenues exceeding $11 million,[9] the event shatters both MMA attendance and gate records in North America.

    2) SCDS stand for Staggered Content Delivery System. SCDS will help me because I don’t have some 300 page encyclopedia to read that usually gets put off until I ‘have the time’ and ends up going unread. Or, if I do get through it all, it’s easy to get overwhelmed because I just had a ton of info thrown at me and I don’t know where to start. So I don’t start at all. I get the next chunk of info a few days ahead so I can see what’s coming. It is makes my life easier.

    3) It will help me lose weight, getting more attention from the opposite sex, slicing 7 inches of life-threatening fat from my stomach, dominating an MMA fight, being safer at my job, getting a totally new outlook on life. Make me have confidence on myself and Live my Life to the fullest.

    4) You know the feeling of being on the verge of a turning point? When you feel that one more push forward would result in a quantum change- but without that crucial thrust forward you remain in the same rut? Your program represents that final step I need to propel myself onward and upward. I am a senior in college, living in limbo between my parent’s wishes and my own dreams.
There have been challenges in my life as there are in every person’s life-However, I strive to live by these words of William Ward: “ We can throw stones, complain about them, stumble on them, climb over them, or build with them.” Over the past two years I have lost 40 pounds through hard work and belief.
It is strange how humans are scared of success. I was driven to change my external appearance and improve my internal satisfaction. However, the last push in the direction of my dreams is proving to be the hardest step to take-to completely change the way I relate to myself is what your program symbolizes for me. There is no doubt in my mind that your knowledge and compassion will propel anyone who recognizes the power of the tools you are providing. God bless you.

    Warmly,

    Jose James

    1. UFC 129 takes place in Toronto on April 30. It is historic in so much as it sold out rapidly and became the biggest selling UFC even ever in North America.

    2. SCDS is an acronym for Staggered Content Delivery System. A system designed to prevent information overload and prevent students from becoming overwhelmed.

    3. The programs worth is priceless really. Its value being dependent on what any given student may go on to achieve as a result of participation. How can you really put a price, monetary or otherwise, on something that could have massive life changing and lifelong benefits?

    4. Why do I deserve free membership? Well at my age , 45, I think I have made good progress in my physical and mental strength in recent times. I have only really gotten interested in all this in the last couple of years, but Id love to continue my adventurous journey in self improvement with the guys on the Eric Wong MMA ripped Training Camp. It would give me great focus and incentive to make telling and significant improvements in my life..

Thats about it. Best of luck to you all.

    Hi Eric :)
    1. UFC 129 is coming to Toronto on April 30th. To quote you, “This is the first UFC event on Ontario soil; over 55,000 tickets sold in a matter of hours”. Also, GSP is gonna defend his title against Jake Shields.:)…real exciting:)
2.SCDS is an acronym for Staggered Content Delivery System. It is especially useful to a person like me so that my focus doesn’t waver. Also it is exciting because I will be waiting to see what the next phase will be like.
3.I have been a MMA fan for a long time, and I idolize Fedor. It is my dream to attain “his kind of fitness”. I stumbled upon your site a few months ago, when you shot that foam roller video. Since then I have checked out all of your articles and they are all top quality info. I am a newcomer into the world of fitness, and I am confused at present with so many programs available. However, the MMA ripped camp is the first fitness program that I have seen that will enable me to get the kind of fitness I want. And getting ripped is a nice little side effect too:)
4.I really do not know how to answer this question. I do not know if I deserve to join for free or not. All I say is that I deserve the best shot I can get in realizing my fitness dreams. And as a struggling student in India, it will be nice if I can get the program for free. I promise to commit 110% in this program Eric. It looks awesome. I wish you the best of luck with it. Hope you get all the success and accolades you deserve.:) Cheers…

I just realized that I misunderstood question 3. I think that 8 week MMA ripped program costs about 40-60$ per batch (delivered every 2 weeks). So that would be a grand total of about 160-240$ for the entire program…am I right?…

    1. UFC 129 is happening on April 30th and it is historic because it is the first legal/sanctioned MMA event in Ontario since MMA was legalized there.

    2. SCDS stands for staggered content delivery system and it will help me by condensing the amount of material that I read for my workouts “If you’ve got any books on your bookshelf or workout programs on your computer that you never started or completed, you know what I’m talking about. It’s easy to get excited and hyped up about a program but then put in on the backburner” this has become quite a problem for me, mainly because I just don’t feel like reading through and memorizing every workout all at once.

    3. Considering the prices of professional trainers normally, I would say that eight weeks of training would be worth at least $200.

    4. I deserve to join this program for free because for the past 4 months I have been going to the gym every day to help prepare me for Marine Corps. Boot Camp, and this program would probably prepare me even more. If this workout delivers all that it promises then I may be able to shed quite a bit of fat and increase all aspects of my physical fitness, because you train mixed martial artists who by the very nature of the sport must be in peak physical condition, if not always at the peak of their health due to injuries. Also, what I learn from this program I could later begin to implement in my current workouts, which have become a bland mush of whatever peaks my interest at the time, usually just 15-20 minutes of isolation on one muscle group, another 15-20 on a different muscle group, then alternating between two different muscle groups and finishing off with a half hour of ab work, or just a whole lot of running followed by some lower body work. If I got into this program I could expand my knowledge and the use of scds would be a great tool to use because I will not become overwhelmed with information.

    1) UFC 129 is going to be a mass historic showdown, cant wait to watch GSP tear apart his opposition.
2)SDCS is the scattered contents delivery system, meaning you will get information in smaller byte size pieces so that its easier to follow.
3)I think the MMA ripped 8 week training camp is worth its weight in gold for the true athlete but torture in the best way for the unfit. i am a personal trainer and even i cant wait to train myself using the programme and would love to see the final result so that i look even better for when im training my clients and tell them how i managed to get my fab physique.
4)i think i deserve to join for free cos as a personal trainer i want to look fantastic and through my own training only look good, and through looking ripped and bigger instead of just big i can wow my clients and tell them where and how i got my physique. and i can help them train once they join your camp.

I’ve done weights, cardio bootcamps BJJ and Muay Thai. Dont get me wrong I enjoy an active life style and love martial arts training and my fitness for someone my age is pretty good. I remain commited to a fit active life style its just I havent managed to lose my gut.If unsuccessful with this application I’ll continue to train and will be looking to sign on with the program when it launches soon.

    1) UFC 129 First time in Ontaria since mma was legalized there
2)SCDS Stand for Staggerd content delivery system is basically setting workout programs to a persons current ability and as the fitness and results improve so does the training program.
3)Being from South Africa WERE MMA is still in its infancy we are lightyears behind, the majority of gyms are equipped with the bare essentials and the knowledge of what is required is limited training programs change with who reads what that day.I come from a boxing background and when i first got involved with mma I brought a boxing mentality to every day training but soon found out that this sport is so multi faceted that standard boxing principals would have to be adapted.Through many hours of research I found your site and have incorporated many of your tips into my training program but the majority of the time more is not necessary better.
4)On why I should be considered for a free course I no longer fight but have put my knowledge of boxing into training fighters and as previously pointed out we are light years behind in the mma scene. If successful I would be able to pass this on to so many more fighters and take the guess work out of conditioning fighters the most important ingredient into producing champions

Eric – Rather easy to answer when you have provided the answers by displaying previous entries!!
    1. UFC 129 is happening – belive that it is already sold out on the ‘PayPerView’ How I do not know, but that is what being said on the TV (could be that all the ‘on-sight’ ticket at the Rogers Centre’ are gone – Should be a blast when it is on TV.
    2. SCDS is the Scatteered Content Delivery System. Basically you are given the information needed, not just having the info dumped at one shot. Help people progrss in a lofical, common-sense, manner.
    3. It could be worth your llife – whatever that is worth. It will definitly be worth your health and wellness. For me it will be worth being able to set an example for my children, grandchildren and all others that I know. Price tag – What the market will bear—
    4. I am 60 years old and have been working out for aproximately 20 years. I was jsut ‘retired’ by the Navy and have, in my 24 years of service. Scored at least ‘excellent’ (could not always max out on the run) on every PT test the Navy had. I set the example for others in the unit. Belive that I need something now to keep me going. I enjoy watching the MMA and would like to follow thier example in keeping in shape.

On April 30th, it will be UFC 129 – a stacked out MMA event being held in Toronto. With George St Pierre defending his Welterweight Title against Strikeforce champion Jake Shields and Mark Hominick taking on Jose Aldo in the first ever UFC Featherweight Title fight!

Not only will this be the first UFC event in Ontario (as since mixed martial arts was legalized in the province in August 2010) it is also expected to be the largest UFC event in history! It has already sold out all 55,000 tickets which completely destroys gate records in the US.

    —-

SCDC stands for Staggered Content Delivery System, it is a way to help you achieve your goals without overloading yourself with information. One thing I love about this concept is the way it helps you to focus. I have already taken this idea and translated it into my working life as well as my training life!
Before, I would have everything swimming around in my head “I must get that done…” “I have all that to read…” “Oh my goodness I have so much to do over the next 2 months!!” Panic and confusion would usually then follow!

Being able to focus on each week or fortnight means I can easily see just what I need to achieve that week. Each week or fortnight I *achieve* something, I get a win, which then motivates me for the next week.
It’s like a jigsaw… if you look at all the pieces and just go for it then it can be overwhelming, but if you focus on finding the corners, then the edges, then the middle, then all of a sudden you’ve done it all without throwing the box out the window! (But maybe I’m just not that good at jigsaws).

    —-

What do I think it’s worth? I guess that’s like asking how much do I think my health and fitness is worth and I’m not sure I could put a price on that. I’m self employed (in Computer Special FX) and each day I get asked how much my work costs and each day I have a problem putting a price on it. How important is it to the client? How much of my blood, sweat and tears have I put into it? How good is what I’ve done?

So I’m afraid I can’t give you a monetary answer here. For me, joining the MMA Ripped 8 Week Training Camp is worth my time and money. To some that may not seem like a lot but I don’t have a lot of time and I don’t have a lot of money. “Yesterday is a cancelled cheque; tomorrow is a promissory note; today is the only cash you have – so spend it wisely”

    —-

I realise that my answers are probably not as definitive as you may have wanted but here I go again! I don’t think I ‘deserve’ to join for free. It would be fantastic to get the opportunity but I know I would throw everything I have into the 8-weeks, whether I bought it or if won the competition. If you are looking for someone who will utilise the camp to it’s full extent, then I’m your girl!

    3. from a purely guinea pig stand point i want to see what effects your camp will have on my age group( i know there are still lots of variables!) as im a ‘teen’ but getting this program is worth a heck of a lot as the ability to impove all areas of my fitness is, well, priceless.

    4. I cant honestly say i DESERVE your program without giving you anything but i would say everyone deserves to get fitter regardless of weather we pay or not .

ad 2) SCDS is the abbreviation for “Scattered Content Delivery System” It means thet you get complex content in little pieces (easy to “digest” – brainwise), instead of one overwhelming piece. This will improve the chance to lerarn more and remember more rather than skip to improve due to information overflow.

ad 3) no actual amount here because in my opinion it will be completely up to you what you will charge. It is a business decision that no one can take off you because only you know how much knowledge and working time you have spent in creating the program. The rest is marketing now.

ad 4) It would be great to let me in because I am one of these age groupers (M 50) doing neither good or bad in middle and long distance runs and triathlons and a more shredded, lighter and mkore flexible physique would help a lot :-)

No matter the outcome of this contest, I wish you a lot of success with your program, you´re doing a great job with all your audios and blogs, it brought a new perspective to my training.

Kind regardes from sunny Vienna, Austria,

    1. April 30th- UFC 129 in Toronto. GSP in his homeland defending his title in front of what will probably be one of the largest, if not the largest, crowds. Reports of 50,000+ live fans will be in attendance.
    2. SCDS- Staggered Content Delivery System- A systematic approach to training in which the program is delivered in specific stages, so body never reaches the plateau phase, therefore maximizing output and increasing muscle potential. The staggered delivery also means that you will not be so overwhelmed with all the information from the start, as this often leads to that voice in your head screaming out “This is too much. Just relax and we’ll do something next week.”
    3. An hourly wage for a top class trainer runs at around $100 per hour. If you take the number of hours that Eric has worked on this program, and multiply by the hourly wage, and add the benefits of the results that you will see if the program is followed, we are talking hundreds of dollars. But let’s face it. How much you would pay for a program that does work, especially as you have probably already paid hundreds, if not thousands, on equipment that is now collecting dust or serving as a neat clothes hanger, or on other workout programs that you barely got started before quitting or in which you burned-out half way through?
    4. I deserve to get the program for free, as I have given myself a challenge to get in the best shape that I can, and I want to feel that life really is good, from a physical, emotional, and psychological perspective. I have a 9 month old son (my extrinsic motivator), and on a teacher’s salary, I can’t afford to pay much for a workout program!

    1. April 30th is UFC 129!!!! YEA in Toronto and is going to have record crowds, it only the 6th time in Canada and first time in Ontario. A great card that has Jake Shields in his first event against GSP!!! I also believYOU have a happy customer fighting on this card!!!

    2. SCDS= Scatted content Delivery System —it is the the AWESOME way you have decided to dispersed your program as to make it as easy as possible for all your clients to digest info and not get ahead of themselves—GOOD JOB

    3. I know you have said solid worth is over $500 hundy. If i was a balller as so and could meet with you I’d gladly pay. But being a “balla on a budget” I think the 60-80 dolla range would be great —you know a lil discount for th insiders that read you all the time : )

    4. I will do this in less that 200. # 1 thanks for the chance to win I do appreciate it. I am 5’4″ and have been training for a year, technique in muythai and jitz is coming thru…and I have tried, a couple of programs (magazines and what not) but have never gained too much anything …I think the will is there just not sticking to my diet and don’t have every little detail carved out like a lil OCD monster like me needs. BOTTOM LINE
ERIC WONG RIPPED MMA CAMP + JOE S. = WINNING

thanks again for the chance man…good luck with the camp!!

    1. UFC 129 will be first event in Toronto and have the largest crowd for a UFC event.
    2. SCDS is Scattered Content Delivery System. It gives you the information in sections so that you don’t look at a large manual and your eyes glaze over from the overload. It also helps with the reading of the information in smaller groups (you can actual read it all, instead of skimming and missing hidden nuggets.
    3. The easy answer is it will cost whatever people will pay. Looking at everything that is included, I would figure it to cost over $200.
    4. After many years of what I feel was a waste of time in the gym for my job, I discovered your Ultimate MMA Strength and Conditioning Program. After several months of using it, I feel better, get more accomplished in less gym time and feel like I have more in the tank if I need it. Now, if only I could lick that whole diet problem.

    1. GSP vs Jake Sheilds, Record crowd, Couture is rumored to retire afterwards, and GSP will have the biggest challenge of his career in Jake shields

2.Staggered Content Delivery system, it helps in that it’s the equivalent of having a personal trainer, it “tells you what you need to do, when you need to do it”, so you spend less time organizing information, and more time applying it.

    3.150$

    4. I think I deserve to join for free because I’m actually gonna go through the entire program, no stopping in the middle no breaks, only pushing forward, and achieving personal goals.

1- UFC 129; very first UFC event in Ontario

2- SCDS = Staggered Content Delivery System = delivering workout/training content in 1-2 week blocks = know what you need to do, when to do it = no information overload = successfully complete the program

3- I think you will charge $59 for your VIP readers the first couple of days!

4- I am a happily married (11 years!!!) 34 year old elementary school behavior specialist, father of 2 beautiful little girls (and a 6 month old puppy), former college basketball player, recent practitioner of muy thai (Combat Sports Maryland), and a part time personal trainer who is always looking for new challenges for myself and my clients. I believe I would be a good example (with my busy life schedule) that your program works if you eliminate the excuses and work hard. Eric,

Here is my best attempt at winning.

    1. UFC 129. It is historical in that it is the first UFC in Toronto, and it will probably be the largest MMA fight attendance wise ever.

2.SCDS is an acronym for Staggered Content Delivery System

3.My best guess for the cost would be $129.

    4. I have been trying many many workout programs that I have found in books, and online, but I have been unable to keep up with them. Your system I think would help me in that I don’t think I would feel overwhelmed with the amount of material that I am inundated with right away.

I am currently dealing with diabetes, and bad cholesterol, I have been trying my best everything that I can to combat these things. A proper exercise program seems to be what is missing, so I would very much be appreciative if i could win this boon.

I thank you for this attempt, and would be very appreciative if I could win this.

    1. UFC 129 is the first MMA event in Ontario since our government finally allowed it to pass.

2.Scattered Content Delivery System. Delivered the content on an as need basis will help because as with many other programs out there to get it all at once would be information overload leading to confusion and lower results due to required reading and re-reading.

    3. Best guess for the price would be $80-100 due to the fact that your prices are always reasonable compared to the time put in.

    4. I have tried working before but I had no direction and doing weight lifting with no real plan in mind is not only pointless, but boring. For the first time since I began training MMA 6 months ago I have access to a gym and am dying to improve my power and explosiveness in training. Also having a side effect of getting ripped is just a happy bonus (because I would love to finally see my abs). The SCDS will be immensely useful as it will allow me to focus solely at the task at hand and improve my results.

Thank you for creating this program and giving us a chance to win it, looking forward to hearing the results

on april 30 the first ever ufc is gonna make its debute in ontario with ufc 129 gsp vs shields. I think gsp will be tested if it goes to the ground but will pick him apart on their feet.SCDS stands for Staggered Content Delivery System. This system helps you not get confused and gives you what you need when you need it. Im gonna guess that this mma ripped training camp cost about $500 with all the work into this program i dont know how it couldnt be. I think this is a crazy program and will put me to work like your other workouts have Im one of the biggest mma fans but dont only enjoy watching the fights i also love working out like an mma fighter and since im basiclly blind without my glasses and cant fight i just train like them and being trained by a trainer that trains mma fighters like Claude Patrick (best of luck Claude) it would b an awsome experiance

    Thanks Eric

    3) About $500
    4) I think I should have the oppurtunity to try this program because I am a die hard for training in the martial arts world. I am a muay thai teacher going in to the mma world and I am always looking for better training for myself, my students and fighters. I always try programs before I share them with my students so bring it on i’m up for the challenge. 1. UFC 129 St. Pierre vs. Shields. It will be historic because its the first UFC in Ontario since mixed martial arts was legalized in that Province. Plus GSP has never gone against an opponent this close to his skill level.

    2. Staggered Content Delivery System, it helps because it just gives you the information, workouts, exercises and diet you need to do at that time, without the useless info that you can’t use.

    3. I think you could charge about $300-500 but you wont because you’re a cool dude and would rather more people get the information than make more profit. So you’ll charge about $50 for the VIP members.

    4. I don’t think I deserve this, I know I do. I’m going to make it into the UFC one day. Once I do and I get interviewed I’m going say it was all thanks to Eric Wong and MMA Ripped. I have so much determination to make this happen that it will. I’m almost out of high school and don’t want to get a real job so I’d rather fight in the UFC. I’ve been training mma for 2 years and plan on winning a NAGA tournament in June. I’ve read through all your emails at least twice to get all the knowledge you are trying to give me and I want to get more ripped than GSP. Thanks for everything Eric.

    1. – The largest MMA event in North America ever, 55,000 tickets sold for the Roger’s Centre event.
    2. – SCDS means, Staggered Content Delivery System.
    3. – $67.00
    4. – I’m 68 years old and doing a variation of the same routine for 50 years. Three sets of 10 time whatever exercise ain’t hacking it anymore. There is more sicience to exercise than ever before and I’ like the opportunity to use it and pass it on to grandchildren.
Your program looks as though it’s the one that has the science, motivation and possibilities well above all the others I’ve looked at and that’s a bunch. No “bad-mouthing” here, I’m just a truth teller…hoping.

    Hi eric,
    1. UFC 129, GSP vs Shields. It will be historic as it is the first UFC event in Toronto and it will set the North American attendance record for the most spectators to a MMA event.

    2. SCDS – Staggered content delivery system. The information will be delivered in blocks as opposed to all at once. This will ensure that no information overload occurs, and the prospect can follow the program without getting intimidated.

    3. This 8 week training camp is worth as much as we are willing to put into it because knowledge is nothing without action. The content of the 8 week camp is worth a lot of money but as always, we can count on you to make it affordable to everyone. I am guessing the price would be 60 dollars.

    4. I deserve a free spot because I have invested and bought both of your “quickness kills” and “ultimate MMA conditioning” programs and gone through both programs seeing incredible results! I would like to thank you for putting out such wonderful programs and looking forward to trying the 8 week camp in the near future.

1- UFC 129 will be the very first UFC event in Ontario. Add 55 000 tickets sold and a sick card and you’ve got a historical event (until the next one…)

2- SCDS is Staggered Content Delivery System which equals delivering the workout content in small blocks (1 to 2 weeks in advance) so the trainee is not overwhelmed with information.

3- Hard question. Your prices are usually lower than I expect so I will go with $97 introductory offer

4- I’ve just finished your 16 week MMA S&C program and I’m really satisfied with the results. Your program coupled with the MMA beginner program from Jeff Joslin were simply amazing. I was suffering from information overload with all the different sources on the web. Your approach is unique in the sense that it builds from the base up creating a solid plateform in all aspects/systems of the body. I’m 41 and train in MMA, Karate and BJJ. I will be purchasing your program regardless. Keep up the good work coach!

30 Apr 2011 UFC 129 takes place in Toronto, Onterio! GSP takes on Jake Shields!! Thousands of UFC fans will be there to whitness this awesome event!!! Its going to be Pandimonium!!!! HOOAH!!!!!!!!

    Q&A#2
SCDS is the scattered content delivery system. This is an awesome system because your not overloaded with useless info at one time. You recieve only what you need for what ever spacific mission at that spacific time.

    Q&A#3
This program will cost somewhere in the price range of $540.00 or so.

    Q&A#4
The truth of it is, I don’t deserve to join for free. Jus like any other person out there I should have to pay for what I want so greatly. The problem, however, is with all thats taken place in the past year I just can’t afford it. Being in the military don’t make you rich. Infact, due the issues my family has because of the stresses of work and deployment and such, what little money I would normally have to myself is used to pay my wife and daughters counceling bills. This is something I’ve wanted for some time now, but I realy need help. I love to fight and I love being having the confidence I need to take on an enemy in hand to hand combat if need be, and be able to make it home to my family.
Eric, thank you for all your advice and training skills I’ve taken and learned so far.

    1. UFC 129: GSP vs. Jake Shields. It is historic not only because it is the first UFC event in Ontario, but also because it is the biggest event in North American history. The fight card is stacked with great fighters, including a a ton of great Canadian talent.
    2. The Staggered Content Delivery System is designed to give you the info that you need when you need to know it in order to prevent an information overload. SCDS also keeps participants motivated as they cannot view the later workouts and become intimidated. Essentially it keeps the focus where it needs to be on a daily basis for maximum results.
    3. The value on a good workout program is atleast $100-$150. From what I have seen about MMA Ripped though is that it is not only the best of the best but is also focused on function. A functional, top quality strength and conditioning program like this needs to cost atleast $250+. There are plenty of people that would pay that much and more, and those who wouldn’t do not understand the value of such a program.
    4. I think I deserve to join the program for a number of reasons. I am fully committed to personal strength and conditioning so exercise adherence is not a problem. I have a belief and trust in your work and have been following your tips for about two years, worked them into my program and also purchased programs that were recommended. When talking with other people who are also focused on strength and conditioning I recommended that they check out your website for top quality info. I am looking to elevate to a superior level of fitness that is focused on function before show. Consistency and results only comes from a will to work and I am ready to get down in the trenches and get the results that follow. I think I deserve to join for free because I believe, practice and preach your strength and conditioning tips and programs.

    - SCDS stands for “Staggered Content Delivery System”.

    #question 3:
I believed the cost is $550 from what I have read on your website.

#question 4: I have tried many programs in the past (Abs Diet workout, Mens health bellyoff program) and I do this programs but I get bored because it is always the same routine. From what I have read so far on your website this program sounds challenging and it is not only one routine so I believe it will keep me motivated.

    1. UFC 129 will be first event in Toronto and will have the largest expected crowd for this type of event.

    2. SCDS is and abbreviation for Scattered Content Delivery System.

    3. It will cost “zero” money for the ones lucky enough to get it for free! For the rest of subscribes out there – Well this is a very personal and business decision. Only the creator can put a true value on this package – hours invested, research, marketing plans, mark up for the product, etc. As a business owners you nee to come out with a price that will make you a profit, yet is reasonable enough that people will buy it!! I do not know what that magic number is…however, I do know that people either want everything for free Or for as little as possible!

    4. I believe this to be a great opportunity for me to challenge myself and get my body in great shape. I however do not want to take this position away from someone else whoe is a hard core MMA or is actually competing. I believe that they deserve this opportunity more than I do! I am 48 yrs old. I am not planning on competing – those days are gone. I did practice martial arts for 20+ years. I think that this is a wonderful opportunity to see how far I am willing/able to push myself as I once did in preparation for competition. Thanks

    1. UFC 129, it’s historic for the following reasons:
    - first major mixed martial arts event to ever be held in Ontario
    - event doubles the largest gate and attendance records in UFC history
    - UFC 129 is also the largest single-day event gate in the history of Rogers Centre

    2. Staggered Content Delivery System, will help me as its designed to give me the necessary information at the specific time that it is required as I move through the program, and alleviates “information overload”

3.For me personally the information and method of delivering is invaluable. That being said it takes an individuals true self to follow and adhere to the program to get their desired and maximized results. Based on what I seen so far, it seems like an awesome program, and the results from the Beta-testers itself proves itself!

    4. For quite sometime I have been looking at adding a new twist to my training regime. I have been kickboxing for many years, have obtained tremendous results to date, but never had a specific defined conditioning process to follow so have done my own thing in regards to diet and nutrition, along with guidance from my Sifu on overall conditioning and training. Being diagnosed with type 2 Diabetes (at 31yrs old) about a year and a half ago, I vowed to exceed my goals and train and diet hard, to date have lost approx 35lbs, cut down to less than 1/2 of my meds, stick to my training religiously (5 days or more) for the benefit not only to myself but to my wife and kids also and thrive to lead by example.Being living and walking proof that you can overcome anything if you have the mindset and drive to do so. Joining for free would be a blessing in itself, however I do believe that your program can help me fine tune my physique and get me that elusive 6 pac ;), take my training to a whole new level, and get me in the best shape of my life!

great program, awesome info, thank your for the opportunity.

    1. UFC 129 is going down in Toronto on April 30. It is going to be the largest attended UFC event ever made up of the biggest fight card to date. It is the first time that the biggest market for MMA is getting an event and promises to be insane. Obviously St. Pierre-Shields grabs the spotlight but let’s see if St. Pierre overlooks Shields in anticipation of hooking up with Silva. It will also be Randy Couture’s last fight before he goes off and starts acting. He is tangling with my man, Lyoto Machida (I am similar in height and weight).
    2. The Staggered Content Delivery System is your invention devised to give the athlete the most personalized coaching environment possible. In order to avoid content overload, the program will distribute workouts step-by-step, at the time that they are needed. In will make the athlete hungry for the next bite instead of putting it on the shelf and forgetting about it or looking into it too deeply and getting confused or intimidated. The workouts will also give the athlete the most realistic sparring and MMA training available as each phase builds upon the last.
    3. You mentioned that each of these components sold separately would probably come out to about $550. Given your generosity in distributing much of your content free of charge through your web posts, and the super reasonable prices of products like “Speed Kills” and your strength program, I think your aim is to get the content into the hands of those who are really hungry for it without bankrupting them. Although the amount of time you have spent in developing the program, doing the tech work, running it through beta phase and finally readying it for publication can never be compensated, I believe the program will run $149.
    4. My local instructor has instilled an “always a white belt” mentality in me, pushing me to come to each class with my cup “empty”. I have put much effort into seeking out not just any coach, but the best. I try to always put myself in the presence of those better, so that I may absorb all they have to offer. That is what gravitates me to you. You offer so many techniques and training tips, not with the intention of making them law, but allowing all of the individuals that participate to try. You always seek feedback so that you can constantly improve as well. We share the same mentality. A year ago, I was a fat, out-of-shape, and sitting on the couch and doing nothing. I ran across your web posts when looking for some nutrition tips. The motivation that you provided prompted to get off my ass and live again. If you would give me the honor of trying your program free, I will humbly show you what a 40 year-old can do when a master lights a fire under him. The only limit is the one we place on our ourselves. Thank you!

    1. Whats up Eric.Ok so on April 30th 2011 Jake Sheilds will try to take the title from Quebeck’s own George st Pierre, in front of fifty thousand screaming fans. As if fifty thousand plus bloodthirsty fans gathered under one roof to watch a mixed martial arts event isn’t historic enough, Toronto will also play host to the historic first-ever Ontario event as the UFC hits the Roger’s Centre!!! Damn I can feel your excitement bro!

    2. SCDS, stands for ” staggered Content Delivery System” And is as you say “the new weapon in the quest to getting ripped! With SCDS, you have set it up to where a person wont get the dreaded information overload,Instead it will tell you only what you NEED to do and when you need to do it. For example, you’ll get the information and details about the upcoming phase weekly or bi-weekly. You start in pre camp then get the information about the next block a few days before you start it so you will always know whats coming up! Then you move to 8 weeks out then 7 and so on, just like prepping for a real fight!

    3. If I had to take a guess I would say the 8 week mma ripped training program would run me from 160 to 250$

    4. Dear Eric, I’m not going to start this like most people…I’m not gonna start bombarding you with stories of my hardships, or tell you i am an out of shape 30 year old and need this to turn my life around. No but what i will say is this i know you don’t want to give away 8 weeks of your hard work and planning to just some guy. Now i’m not the biggest or strongest guy on earth, In fact i’m just a 19 year old kid from Seattle who still lives with his parents and loves mixed martial arts.I cant tell you right now why i deserve to join this 8 week camp for free because I don’t. I have done nothing to help you or to “DESERVE” to get anything free from you. But what i will say is this, I have been reading your articles trying your recipe’s, and watching your video’s for a long time and had nothing but success. If you give me the opportunity to try you 8 week training program i can promise that you will not be disappointed in the results! P.S are you gonna hit up the expo? should be sick!

    3. Could be up to $800, but probably knowing Eric about $100!

    4. Having had some success with MMA Ripped, the mind set is to move up a notch. The joints are moving much better; the core is much stronger; reactions are much quicker; the fat loss has been 5% over the past four months [two of which were on holiday visiting family in Australia!] – and it has been fun! From what you’ve told us about the 8-week Training Camp it could be now what I need to move further in not only fat loss but also in utilising MMA techniques for a stronger and fitter body. It would be great to have this program for free as a retiree [now watching the money situation!], but I might give serious thought to buying it anyway!

    All the best.

The programme would be worth at least three thousand dollars, from all the emails the small amount you’ve givin away it’s priceless as it works, that never get gassed is anything to go by.

I live in a small country, an even smaller town , Tairua New zealand, have been training cross fit mixed with snippets from your emails, feel that at the moment things are slowing and would like to get to the next level. I’m ex military, currently a volunteer fireman and a family man with two boys, 8 and 5. Not planning on fighting mma but the training really realy appeals to me and my boby agrees, the eating side is where i struggle, May the best man/woman win the comp, will continue to read and learn from you eric

    Sup Coach,

    1. First UFC in Ontario, and your boy Claude Patrick makes his UFC debut and first home appearance.
    2. It’s a system to guide you through the training process step-by-step that’s as close to training with me in person as you can get online.
    3. You said it totals around $450 to $500 but since you a cool guy I’d say about $69.
    4. It doesn’t matter if I get the free offer become your products are always worth the price you set. you always think about the guys with family (which I have a great supportive wife and a protege for a daughter) who doesn’t always have money or time for the big gyms. I love your programs because they are real easy. and they don’t take up hours. Which is great cause I started your first program when I was deployed in Afghanistan where gym time was limited. I don’t know if I will get to use your training in the ring but I know it will help me for out the field. Thanks Coach like I said whatever the price is I’m paying it.

    1. What MMA event is going down on April 30 and why is it historic?

This is the first MMA event to be held in Canada! It’s taken a while to get here but is great news for the sport as it begins to be recognized for what it is and what it represents – men and women (although no WMMA at this event) trying to be the best that they can, pushing themselves to the limit in a sport full of dedication, honour and respect.

    2. What does SCDS stand for and why will it help you?

Staggered Content Delivery System – a drip feed of information so that the person trainin isn’t overloaded with info and is able to focus on the task at hand instead of rushing to the final product. Everybody always wants to rush to the sexy stuff but like the old saying “the advanced stuff is the basics mastered”

    3. How much do you think joining the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp is going to cost? Take your best guess based on what you’ve learned about the program so far.

Around $150 in real money but the real cost isn’t paid for in $ its paid for in sweat and pain. Its the hidden cost of not being able to eat that cheat meal, the cost of the dedication in time even when you’re tired from work and you’ve only just put the kids to bed. Thats the real cost of fitness. Money’s pretty easy to earn. The real cost you have to pay is a mixture of time and effort.

    4. In 200 words or less, why do you think you deserve to join for free?

Deserve’s a strong word and I’ve worked hard for everything I’ve got and although I won’t say I deserve to join for free I will say that I can guarantee you I will committ my training to your program for the full duration. I’ve got a pretty good cv and currently run a club training 35 guys, some police, doormen etc. I love to train, have a very hard work ethic and want the best for everyone that I get to work with. Which is what led me here! I always consider myself a student and want the best training for both myself and everyone I work with. I already train consistantly 6 days a week so I can at least promise that it won’t go to waste if you’re looking for a committed test subject.

    All the best

    1. UFC 129, and its historic because of the number of fans attending. And GSP will try to defend his belt against Shields.
    2. Scattered Content Delivery System. you will get the program in stages and wont be overwhelmed.
    3. The only cost is dedication and training by the person, so if you want to achieve great results, it will costs alot.

    1. There are a couple of reasons that UFC 129 is going to be such a historic night. It’s the first UFC event in Ontario since MMA was legalized there. It has already broken records with the biggest attendence. GSP will be defending his title against Jake Shields. But also on a historic sad note, is that Randy Couture is retiring that same night. Randy is also getting ready to start filming in The Expendables 2 with Stallone and the rest of the gang from the original.

Number one is the only one I wanted to comment on since I plan on purchasing the system some time in the future.

    1. The MMA event that is going down on April 30th is the UFC 129 at the Rogers Center, in Toronto Ontario. It is the very first UFC event on Ontario soil. Sold out 55,000 tickets and is the biggest show in North American MMA history. This fight shows how for the sport has gone. Also, GSP is going to kick some butt.

    2. SCDS stands for Staggered Content Delivery System. SCDS will help you by only delivering to you the diet, workouts, info, and exercises that are needed for that given week or 2 weeks. This program is designed to help you gain knowledge and skills to burn fat and build muscle not for you to get overwhelmed and quit. This program is great in my opinion because most programs give you all the information at once causing that (once hard core dedicated) person to become overloaded with page after page of reading they usually never start the program.

    3. My best guess for how much joining the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp is going to cost is $550 or more.

    4. I deserve to join for free because, I am in The United States Navy (you should like this I am an IT, I keep the network up on the Ship) we will be deploying in a few months from now and I would like a workout routine to keep me in shape, to build strong lean muscle, and to teach and help some fellow shipmates out. I need a program to help improve my cardio now and on deployment due to the limited cardio equipment on the ship. My goal is to get 10 percent body fat i am currently at 18 percent. I would love to learn more about MMA training and am excited to see the results I get from the MMA fat loss program I purchased a few weeks ago from you. I think this program would be a great thing for me.

    Very Respectfully,
    Kristin

For me, I have seen my connection with fitness as one that has been ongoing, whether playing soccer, dancing, and practicing yoga, nothing has seemed to stop me (knock on wood) and my 5 foot 3 self.

But as I have embarked on a new journey now by tapping into MMA, especially Muay Thai, I am finding that I am being more than ever challenged, especially being that it is a predominately male sport. Most of the times, I find myself in competition with myself, thinking why I can’t punch more powerful–this my friend is aggravating. And with something like UFC now being hosted in Toronto, with over 50,000 seats filled, featuring the Canadian star GSP, you can truly see the essence of this with each fighter; not only in competition with their opponent but with themselves. But for most it is all entertainment, and for Torontonian fans, it is a tell-tale historic event, being its first time in Ontario with of course Canadian fighter GSP!

But going back to me ( humbly speaking of course), I would say that the MMA Ripped program is not only a made to provide you results, having that further powerful punch, but also a step by step learning guide providing you the knowledge and tools you need, learning step by step along the way. This to me is what is defined as SCDS—scattered content delivery system.

In the end, I along with the MMA Ripped system, which I would estimate it worth being 150.00$ +HST ( Canadian dollars), being quite the powerful team, as I know being the ripped person is someone who puts in hard work, passion, and drive to always learn and do more! This is all me :)

    1. UFC 129 is happening 4/30/11 and its gonna be HUGE!! This will be a ground breaking for the UFC because they will be setting 55,000 people!!! This will also be the first UFC event that has been held in Toronto and has sold out! GSP will be fighting Jake Sheilds to defend his title.

    2. SCDS is the scattered content delivery system, basically this is how the information for the Ripped 8 Week Training Camp is sent to us. It’s so we don’t get overloaded with information and instead we just get the information we need, when we need it, and therefore making our lives much more simple! Instead of worrying about reading and memorizing all the concepts for the 8 weeks all at once we can take it in 2 week increments.

    3. Honestly?… I think your going to charge 100-150, a really reasonable price considering the work you have put into it but at the same time I’ve already gotten more than I paid for with your Ultimate MMA Strength and Conditioning/ Nutrition-itsu so if it was less so I really don’t know.

    4. I am using your nutrition and exercise programs for research, I am a Sports and Exercise Science/Athletic Training major and have been trying to find the best, most in-depth workout and nutrition program I can so I will have a solid base of real world knowledge to what works and what doesn’t. Your Ultimate MMA program is fantastic! However I would love the opportunity to be part of your Training Camp so I can experience the best training program available outside of hiring you as a personal coach. Also, I currently train BJJ and Kickboxing and could really use an edge on my competition and a solid base of strength and cardio is exactly what I need

    1) On April 30th is UFC 129, which in all honesty is the biggest fight night I have yet seen (potentially because I only have about a year of MMA and Krav Maga training). I am a real big fight fan and am super excited for this not only because of the two title fights being held on the same night but to see 2 of the greatest pound for pound fighters still active in Mixed Martial Arts. Those two being Jose Aldo and of course GSP. It really is a historic bout because it is the first title fight that former WEC champions get to fight for a UFC belt and Randy Couture taking on Lyoto Machida will be a great match up as well especially to see how much Couture still has left in the tank (note he is the oldest fighter to ever win a match in the UFC). And of course because it will be the largest North American fight and the first in Ontario.
    2) It stands for Staggered Content Delivery System and it will help us stay on track with regards to diet and the specific workouts so we are not overloaded with information and don’t get ahead of ourselves. All in all it keeps us on the system, training hard and knowing exactly what we need to do and when we need to do it.
    3) Over the past year I have really fallen in love with martial arts and Mixed Martial Arts in particular. I think this is a system that will really take me to the next level. To answer the question more directly this program would really be worth a lot to me because not only will it give me a better base to start my MMA strength and conditioning but it will give me the show muscles right before summer! (super important for an 17 year old to get the ladies ;))
    4) You said less that 200 words so I am going to keep this as concise as possible. This is something that I will use, follow and enjoy day in and day out not only because as a senior in high school I have quite a bit of free time to train but also because as I said before this program will really help allow me to excel to the next level of physical conditioning and martial arts training. This is really a great opportunity for me and would greatly appreciate the gift :).

    2. SCDS is the abbreviation for Scattered Content Delivery System, meaning that youll get the program in stages so you won”t be overwhelmed.

    3. The program itself is worth a lot. It would probably cost $200-300 because it is very informative and will tell you exactly how to train. it is worth it because you’re using training methods that are actually being used by current MMA fighters which is a BIG PLUS in my book!

    4. I deserve to join for free, because I always read your e-mails, listened to your audio, thought about spending the money on MMA strength and conditioning for a whole month before I paid, but in the end I put my trust in you. 1. What MMA event is going down on April 30 and why is it historic?
Event: UFC 129 the sixth to see Canada since its legalization in 2010 the first in Ontario. Historic: Tickets sold out February 12th just 2 days after presale; the event has the highest attendance and gate in North America. We’ve come a long ways!
    2. What does SCDS stand for and why will it help you? (Hint: VIP Update #3)
SCDS stands for -Staggered Content Delivery system. Help by giving only pertinent info at the needed time making it much easier to follow and digest.
    3. How much do you think joining the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp is going to cost? Take your best guess based on what you’ve learned about the program so far.
I’d guess at $129 cost not worth.

Honestly not sure if I “deserve” it but I need it. I am a 40 year old martial artist and like most have fulltime plus job, wife and kids so I need something highly effective that fits into my schedule if I want to stay competitive and continue the fun. Thanks Eric

    2. Staggered Content Delivery System, Periodic information delivery method that will allow me to absorb the info in 1- 2 week segments rather than cramming it all down at once which would definitely cause system overload and virtual shut down.

    3. $89.99.

    4. I’m a 36 year old amateur fighter who is coming of bulging L4, L5 & spinal nerve issues that dr’s said should have floored me but in under a year of awesome chiro care I’m back. I would love nothing more than to experience the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual challenge of my first professional fight. My goal is to win it of course but my initial desire is to have the opportunity to be there to compete. I also personal train a core group of guys with the goal to help them reach a higher level of spiritual, mental & physical strength.

    3. I know there is alot of research put into this program, I would say the value you put on it in your e- book, about 500-600 dollars (although I wish it were around 25 dollars ha :P)
    4. I believe I deserve this program because I have searched for something like it for a while, and I’ve tried to organize my own workouts that balanced all the elements for a good fighter’s physique with almost no success. I was never sure what to do, when to do it, if I was doing it right, I’ve only been able to do strength training and not much else because I wasn’t sure how to organize next to strength training. So I figured that this would help me organize my workouts more efficiently and help me reach that level of true fitness that strict strength training won’t reach fully

    Thanks alot Eric

    2. SCDS means Scattered Content Delivery System. You give the program in sections rather than all at once.

    3. Over $1000, if the tracker alone is worth $500, plus 8 weeks of personal training…but I think realistically you would charge around $250.

    4. I would like to join because I would like to improve my fight conditioning and look really good winning!! I enjoy training very much, but I have trouble getting the right balance of strength and conditioning outside of the dojo (Usually doing too much strength work and having “dead legs” the next day); so I think your program would really help out because it is martial arts specific.

    1. The MMA event taking place on the 30th of April is UFC 129. Its historic because its UFC’s debut in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Plus all 12 bouts will be televised live.

    2. SCDS stands for Staggered Content Delivery System. It will help me and my other camp mates because it gives you workouts, information, exercises and a diet which you need to do at the time which will be vital for your transformation. Basically its like having a personal trainer with you :).

    3. After going through each email with a fine comb and realising the effort, time, blood, sweat and tears Eric went through, to cut a long story short i believe this 8 week programme including all the freebies i believe the programme would cost roughly 200 dolla! Or 215 pounds sterling.

    2 Staggered Content Delivery System

4 I deserve to join for free as I need to get my health back on track for my sanity – literally. I have put on 10KG in the past two years. I have always been an active sportsperson – football, basketball, cricket, running, mountain biking, triathlon and adventure racing but have had to give up most of these because of a knee injury that prevents me from running activities. Since stopping sport, I have gained over 10kg and have suffered from sleep apnea. This condition is exaggerated by excess fatty tissue around my neck, Since being diagnosed with sleep apnea, I have also been diagnosed with depression. The depression is caused by my lack of quality sleep and continual tiredness. I have been in a spiral of poor sleep, tiredness and depression for almost two years. After many years of being extremely fit and lean, my body fat has ballooned to over 26%. I get upset whenever I look in the mirror and have become somewhat reclusive. I am on medication for the depression and have made the decision that I need to get fit again. Training will give me two benefits – firstly: reducing my body fat percentage will reduce the airflow blockages and the incidence of sleep apnea. Getting restful sleep is a huge dream for me.
secondly: exercise will kick in the production of natural endorphins retraining my endorphin receptors and eventually allowing me to wean off my depression medication.
Oh yeah, a third benefit will be to have my mojo back. My partner and I would both love that. It has been a long couple of years!
I realise that I am going to need a lot of help to get me going and keep me going and a planned, structured exercise program is ideal. I won’t be able to do this alone. Having a program that is drip fed along with on-line support, is probably the closest thing to having a real-life coach. I am able to tackle things in bite-sized chunks rather than be overwhelmed by complex multi-month programs. I prefer to be dealing with exercise on a “right here, right now” basis, as it is daunting to have details of entire programs and workouts 3 months in advance.

I am drawn by the challenge of a varied MMA program that mixes it up with strength, power, endurance and cardio. Getting core strength back will be awesome. Straight gym work in either weights sessions or cardio classes is boring and repetitive and it is easy to plateau. I have been looking around for a program and this is the only one that has caught my imagination. I need an all over body workout that is new and challenging, easy to follow and that can be done largely outdoors. I need sun, fresh air, a challenge that engages me and a chance to produce my own endorphins to give me my life back.

    1. UFC 129 is going down April 30th. It is historic because of the location in Toronto, the number of FANS, GSP(Need I say more) and the fact that this event sold out faster than any event in America or MMA history to date.

2.SCDS stands for staggered content delivery System. It will help by giving you only the ifo you need when you need it. I totally agree with you that it Ensures you don’t get info overload.

    3. My best guess would be $250.00 based on everyting that I have learned so far.

    4. I believe that I deserve to join to free because I am a female MMA fan who has just started training at the tender age of 38. I have been a police officer for more than 11 years and training MMA style has greatly improved my take down procedures which has resulted in less tussling with the bad guys. Reading over your past few VIP updates make me eager to get my hands on this program and throw myself into it with 110%. I have no problem showing up and being committed to a program that not only will help me physically but also the citizens who depend on me on a daily basis for protection and peace of my mind. I deserve this program because I am ready and confident to succeed in taking my traing and skills that I will use in the real world to the next level.

    Hi Eric,

Congratulations on designing the MMA ripped 8-weeks training camp, I’m sure there are going to be hundreds of positive feedback reports coming your way.
    Exciting times ahead!

Answers for the chance to win free registration to MMA ripped 8-week training camp:
    1. UFC 129 will be a ground breaking for the UFC, because they will be setting 55,000 people. This will also be the first UFC event that has been held in Toronto and is sold out! GSP will be fighting Jake Sheilds to defend his title and all 12 bouts will be broadcasted on television.

    2. SCDS is the scattered content delivery system, basically this is how the information for the MMA ripped 8-week training camp is sent to us. It’s so we don’t get overloaded with information and instead we just get the information we need, when we need it, and therefore making our lives much more simple! Instead of worrying about reading and memorizing all the concepts for the 8 weeks all at once we can take it in 2 week increments.

    3. Tuff question, a MMA 8-week training camp with a personal trainer with your knowledge would cost a fortune. I’m hopeing it comes in at a steel :) My guess is, from previous updates, your doing it for the passion of MMA and people rather than the money. So I’m guessing it’s going to be a steel at $69.

    4. I got lucky when I came across your website, so I’m trying my luck again. Iv hit a plato in my training and conditioning and I believe this is the break through iv been looking for. I need to push myself into the next level. I want to learn more and improve my body as well as my mind in to the fighting athlette I believe I can be. The results I achieve from this MMA 8-week training camp will be my lethal weapon! I will share my success with all family, friends, training partners and clubs. I will be your MMA 8-week training camp ambassador in Pretoria, South Africa.

    1. The UFC is coming to Toronto for the first time!

    2. SCDS stands for Staggered Content Delivery System. It helps because we don’t need to absorb the entire 8 week program all at once. In fact, that would be counter productive. We get the info when we actually need it.

    3. This program won’t cost much. Just my lousy diet, beer consumption, hours of porn surfing and I will pay with some sweat and discomfort. But I’m ready! In terms of dollar amount, $547 is what it is worth for Eric to put it together, but he’s offering a big discount – so I’m going to say $129.

    4. Why do I deserve to join for free? I don’t really think I deserve anything. I work hard and I am more than willing to pay for a great program with my hard earned money and also with my time/effort. But I would make big gains and that’s a win for Eric’s selling points to potential future customers ;) So for that, I would gladly accept a free membership!

    1. it is ufc 129 gsp vs shields and is the first UFC event in Ontario Canada

    2. Staggered Content Delivery System and it is the amount of information given to the client, so that the individual only gets the information that is relevant to them, instead of getting bombarded with stuff that they will not use at the time.

    3. i would say $100-150 similar to when px90 first came out, however yours in is more specific due to the mma training so could be a bit more. Is in the league of rush fit but caters to fighters more

    4. Ive been an avid follower of yours for a few years and have been incorporating your exercises into my workouts for a long time, i think punching power was the first one i started using (about a year or two ago) and still use it today.
the main reason would be that no matter how hard i try i just can’t get that good fighters look, i turn up to fights in excellent cardio and strength but just still look like the average Joe even though i work my ass off lifting weights, BJJ, Muay Thai. I have wasted money and tried px90 and just finished rushfit and find them easy, but just end up getting really fit and not looking ripped. I’m just sick of wasting money and having the thought in my head before i jump in the ring that i am not in good enough shape while the guy across from me is, when i should be focusing on beating him up. i am not overweight, i am just not ripped. im 5’8 155lbs.
    thanks for your time

    1. UFC 129 historic ’cause it’s in TORONTO – 1st time!
    2. Staggered Content Delivery System
    3. I think that this program will be worth $299. However, I think the price will be around $60 (cause you the man Eric!)
    4. I think that I would be a worthy person to go through this program for free because I would be a great model to test it on and share the results with others! I did your strength and conditioning program and loved it! I have been a martial artist for 30 years and have always trained for practicality and could show the progression in this new format to train today’s MMA athletes/fighters. I am 5’4″ and need to be in the best “fight” condition I can be in – as all my opponents and students are taller, have more reach and usually outweigh me by 30-50lbs or more! Let me prove your methods even more and prove to those big guys that training like a bodybuilder is in the past!

    1. What MMA event is going down on April 30 and why is it historic?

UFC 129 – this is the biggest event in North American UFC history and the first one to be held in Ontario, Canada.

    2. What does SCDS stand for and why will it help you? (Hint: VIP Update #3)

SCDS – Staggered Content Delivery System: a process that delivers information to an individual in phases allowing the individual to focus on the tasks that need to be completed at that time.
I really like this principle. I feel that this is very beneficial by not overwhelming the client (or I) with information overload, as well as giving one the ability to intensely focus on where they are and what they are doing.

    3. How much do you think joining the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp is going to cost? Take your best guess based on what you’ve learned about the program so far.

    $199.99
    4. In 200 words or less, why do you think you deserve to join for free?

I recently graduated from college with an Associate’s Degree in Personal Training (Exercise Science) as well as earned my NSCA-CPT certification. I have come to realize that the more I learn, the less I know and feel that remaining a constant student is an integral part of self mastery and growth. My career goal is to own my own training studio and specialize in mixed martial arts strength and conditioning and physique transformation (what more could one ask for). Personally, I feel that a trainer can not take a client to place where they have not been themselves. With that being said, I need to bring myself to that level and have been searching for a coach that could guide me to that level. After completing extensive research, I feel that with your background, you are that coach. I also feel that I will continue to learn and grow with your program. I don’t feel that I deserve your time and training for free (understanding the meaning of self sacrifice and what it takes to be successful) I am just thankful to have an opportunity to be a student and part of this program.

    Sincerely,

    Perry Brown II NSCA-CPT

    1. It is UFC 129 and the First UFC in Ontario

    2. SCDS stand for Staggered Content Delivery System

    3. I think the cost of MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp will be from 400-500

    4. I believe I deserve to join for free becouse i know I can benifit from this 8 week bootcamp program. I am 27 years old and approximately 18 months ago I was 211 lbs of mess. I am motivated to make smarter and healtier choices. I am now 165 lbs but it seems like what I was doing is no longer working for me. I feel like I am stuck at this weight and I feel like giving up so I believe this 8 week program will allow me to countine to reach my future goal of 145 lbs and allow me to maintain my goal weight.

1.What MMA event is going down on April 30 and why is it historic?
UFC 129 GSP is gonna dominate Jake Shields in what will likely be the largest UFC attendance in history (and it’s in Canada).

2.What does SCDS stand for and why will it help you? (Hint: VIP Update #3)
    Staggered Content Delivery System
3.How much do you think joining the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp is going to cost? Take your best guess based on what you’ve learned about the program so far.
    $600.00
4.In 200 words or less, why do you think you deserve to join for free? I don’t DESERVE shit. I work and train hard, but will never be a cage fighter. I’m just a cop who wants the skills and enjoys the training of MMA. I would be very grateful if chosen to win this program.

    1. UFC 129 – biggest MMA show in North American history and first UFC ever in Ontario.

    2. SCDS = Staggered Content Delivery System, a system that you’ve developed where the entire program is broken up into chunks and delivered over time so that I don’t get overloaded with info and confused.

    3. Based on what I’ve seen and what I know of you and your products, this looks to be your BEST program to date. I know your online coaching runs at $197 per month, but I’m guessing this will be anywhere from $147 to $197 total for the entire program.

    4. Eric, here’s why I think I should be chosen… I’m an MMA fighter out of New York and like you guys from Ontario (until recently), MMA is not legalized here. It sucks and it makes it tough for me to fight because I either have to travel out of state and since I’m new (1-1 record), promoters don’t want to pay me to come out so I have to cover the bill myself. OR, I’ll fight in an illegal fight in New York where the setup is a little sketchy. So I need to make sure I’m in top shape for any fights I do get out of state to make an impression so they’ll want me back AND to keep myself safe in these underground fights, because who knows who they’re going to match you up with? I am committed to doing whatever it takes to be a top fighter and will follow the program to a TEE and promise to report my results to you.

1 ufc 129 and its the first in toronto

2 “Staggered Content Delivery System” and it’ll help because it seems to be only what you need no bs to throw you off or waste your time

3 personally idk how much in price id say maybe 150 – 200 and not to be a suck up but the worth outweighs any cost if your serious it seems like its beast but only for those who are dedicated

4 noone just deserves any thing to start with you only deserve what what you earn and if given the chance i hope to prove my worthiness and maybe get a chance to show others what your program and sheer dedication can do

    Q. What MMA event is going down on April 30 and why is it historic?
    A. UFC 129 is going down on April 30th, and it is historic because it is the first UFC event to be held in Ontario and it may turn out to be the most attended UFC event in history.

    Q. What does SCDS stand for and why will it help you?
    A. SCDS stands for Scattered Content Delivery System. It helps by not overloading the user with too much information at one time. It delivers the content on an “as needed” basis.

    Q. How much do you think joining the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp is going to cost? Take your best guess based on what you’ve learned about the program so far.
    A. From what I know so far, I believe the program to be worth approximately $250 – $350, but I’m guessing it will be sold for somewhere between $77 – $99.

    Q. In 200 words or less, why do you think you deserve to join for free?
    A. I am 33 and just started to train MMA and really enjoy the sport. Being a little bit older I need a competitive advantage to be able to catch up to my younger training partners. From what I’ve seen so far, I think your program would not only let me catch up to them, but I would most likely pass their conditioning levels. Either way, I look forward to the release of the program.

    Thanks,

    Adam
