@ Matt & Yiannis,
I’ve downloaded and looked at it and on my end, you are only asked for a password if you try to modify something.
All the areas where you need to enter data are not password protected.

Eric I have re-downloaded the file (.xlsx) and it is not asking for password this time. The first one I downloaded however still does, but no big deal.

Hey Nick,
I’m not sure man – seems to be working for most! They’re Microsoft Excel files.

i downloaded the version for excel 97-2003 and it worked but the newer one was giving me the files in xml format…not a huge computer tech so not sure if that is correct or not but will stick with the older version since it works.
thanks again Eric!

Thanks Eric!
Your attention to detail and constant support makes my decision to stick with your programs the best ever!!
Using your original Ultimate MMA Strength & Conditioning program i dropped from 100kg to 79kg in 6 weeks!! It was crazy. And i did it by following your training program and diet to the letter. Thanks alot man! Keep up the great work!!

Eric;
Years ago, I asked Tudor Bompa (he’s a great professional and pretty easy to contact) if he wold research martial arts training as nothing in his previous experience seemed to put it all together for the multi-abilitied athletes in real martial arts. Sure he had programs for wrestling and judo as well as boxing but NOTHING for the modern martial artist who trained for holistic ability. You have done that! Thank you for bridging the gap and filling in the blanks. No more body building routines or “all show and no go” training programs. I expect you will be the premiere trainer of martial artists for years to come. Bruce Lee would be proud of what you have done for martial arts.
