MMA is the world’s fastest growing sport.
It taps into our primal instincts – there’s no sport more raw than fighting 1-on-1, man-to-man.
But instead of contributing to the multi-million dollar MMA apparel industry [Tapout generated over $200 million in revenue in 2010]…
… wouldn’t it be a hell of a lot cooler if you actually trained like a fighter and even better – you had the fighter’s physique to show for it?
I think so.
If you don’t, just go buy one of those $50 dollar t-shirts.
But what exactly is the fighter’s physique?
Ripped abs?
Yep.
Muscular arms?
Definitely.
Powerful legs?
No doubt.
So again, let me ask you – do YOU want the fighter’s physique?
If your answer is YES, then I’m going to show you how you can get it, and the answer MAY surprise you.
But here’s the thing…

I know saying that will scare a lot of people away.
But I don’t care.
If you’re a little weak in the knees, you’re not cut out for training like a mixed martial artist.
You’ll tap out early. Don’t bother starting.
Curves might be a better choice for you. So you might as well leave right now. Bye bye.
But if you’re ready to train like a REAL MAN…
And sweat a little bit…
And you’re someone who’s not afraid of hard WORK…
… then you’re going to love the methods I’m going to share with you.
Ready?
Then let’s get started – here’s how you can get the fighter’s physique, and it’s not what you think:
The Best Way To Get Ripped Abs, Muscular
Arms and Powerful Looking Legs Is
To NOT Focus On Getting Them!

I know it sounds weird, but answer this question:
Do you think the ripped MMA fighters you picture are focused on getting chiseled abs or muscular arms?
No way.
It barely crosses their mind.
If they did, they’d probably end up doing the same old bodybuilder routines that everybody else has been doing for the past 30 years.
But MMA fighters don’t do leg extensions, they don’t use the Pec Deck, and they definitely don’t spend an hour walking on the treadmill in the “fat burning zone“!
Maybe you’ve been duped into believing that these are the keys to achieving the physique you want.
If so, I feel your pain – all those wasted hours in the gym doing things that aren’t going to get you any closer to your goals.
Things that might even be hurting your body.
Instead of all this aesthetically-driven training, fighters are more concerned about having things like:
… so that’s what they train for.
And the resulting six-pack abs, chiseled arms and lean, athletic bodies are a SIDE effect of their training for performance.
Let me repeat that because it’s important: your body is a SIDE EFFECT of your training.
If you want to look like a bodybuilder, train like a bodybuilder.
If you want the fighter’s physique, train like a fighter.
I’m going to show you the methods I showed Phil, who used them to lose 33 lbs of fat…
And Patrick, who’s girlfriend started commenting on his new body daily… while also getting more stares from girls onn the street.
But before you continue, I’m sure you’re wondering…
