Chris is a 36 year old Mixed Martial Artist from the Chicago area with a 2-0 record. He fights for Team No Ego. His situation was a little different than most because he had a fight in the middle of the MMA Ripped training camp! Note: Although you may notice Chris’ body fat % went UP, look at the difference in his abs from Pre-Camp to Post-Camp… Plus, he’s definitely not 22%, with abs like that, he’s far below it, probably more in the 10-13% range, the measurement protocol he used must’ve been way off for his body type since it compares neck vs. waist width and it’s clear he’s got a thick neck and thick (but not fat) torso.
