Gets His Body Fat Down From 19% To 10% In 8 Weeks!"

Jeremy is a fellow Canadian living on the West Coast who runs an MMA news site at www.mmasucka.com. Jeremy agreed to do a video interview with me and here it is. I apologize in advance if the audio is slightly out of sync, it has something to do with the recording. I’ve also made it available in MP3 format and had it transcribed into PDF format in case you want to listen to it on your iPod or read it instead. As always, his pics and full results are below – full disclosure is the name of the game. – Eric

Some big results are obviously dropping 22 lbs of fat and body fat % down to 10% from 19%. The girth measures also tell a big story, as losing 5.5 inches from his waist is huge for long-term health, as abdominal fat is the most dangerous fat to carry on your body, increasing risk of heart attacks significantly.
