"Aussie Police Officer Uses New Level Of Fitness To
Detain Aggressive Drunks And Crack Heads With
Ease... On Top Of Dropping 17 Lbs Of Ugly Fat !"

Steven* is a 39 year old Police Officer who is married with 2 kids from Australia. He shared a couple of really cool cop stories with me about chasing down bad guys and beating them up. I’ve shared those with his permission right under his pics, then comes the interview, then comes the assessment results. If you’re a cop or want to be one, you’ll really enjoy Steven’s stories. – Eric

I think I told you that I am in the police force here. Last night at work, I had to wrestle and detain an aggressive intoxicated male who had just assaulted another person. I have always been around the 100kg mark and reasonably strong. However, I did notice that when holding this fellow down I did not have to exert a lot of energy. He was struggling trying to get up, all his veins were bulging in his neck and he was screaming and threatening to kill me and carrying on with all the normal stuff. However, I really notice how I was able to detain him with ease.

Last week I had to jump a couple of fences, again I noticed the differences there.

I have just woken up and now off to do my Tech Sparring and then off to another fun night at work.

Thanks
Kind regards Steven”

“I had another wrestle with a crook on the weekend. I have had plenty of wrestles/ (fights) but I still get very anxious or nervous when you know shit is about to hit the fan and you’re not in a good environment, or the enviroment you want to be in. I was in a motel room with limited room and needles and shit all over the floor with a nut case going off.

A good result in the end but my partner was puffed and I was hardly breathing hard. That was a very good sign for me, but not my partner. He smokes and likes his MacDonald’s to much.”

Awesome stories eh? Now check out Scott’s Post-Camp interview:

Q: Choose 1 word to describe your experience with the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp?
A: Enjoyable

Q: What is the 1 measurable results you achieved that you’re most happy with?
A: Fat loss, my wife noticing the change and my clothes getting looser

Q: What is the 1 subjective (how you feel) result you’re most happy with?
A: Energy

I am 39 years old and I am a Police Officer.

I am married with two young boys.

I joined the MMA Ripped 8-Week Training Camp to help me with fitness and strength for my work and Health for my family. I wanted to be a good healthy role model for my children and my wife, which I feel that I achieved.

I do not play sports anymore due to family and work commitments. I enjoy running around with my children and having wrestles with them; my work can be very physical at times where I have found this program has assisted me greatly.

I have tried many programs before but I have not been able to stay committed or focused as much as I have with the MMA Ripped Training Camp. Having access to Eric and other members via the forum and email has been invaluable.

My previous programs consisted of a general all body weights and basic cardio consisting of the exercise bike, step machine or running.

The strength routines were very effective. I found that I was able to add 40kg to my total Deadlift weight, which is a big plus for my overall strength. I noticed that the cardio routines improved my stamina greatly which I was able to notice at work.

I generally ate well, but I found that I would have a few cheat days in a row or a few to many beers over the weekend and because I was not training correctly, I would pack on the kg’s very quickly. Therefore, I only had to eliminate having to many beers over the weekend and too many cheat days and with the MMA Ripped training program, I was able to lose body fat and gain muscle.

Whilst doing the program I have learnt that different body types require different nutritional plans.  With the program’s being sent out fortnightly I found that being in Australia I was one day in front and I would not receive the programs until the following day. On the other hand, it was good to receive the program fortnightly so you did not look to far ahead and get confused.

Over all I was very happy with my result. I have received great feedback from friends and family. I have definitely noticed the improvements in my strength at work. I will be doing the program again for another 8 weeks.

Having access to Eric via the forum, receiving comments and feedback has been invaluable. If there was any question, Eric was quick to reply with an answer.

Having the videos of the exercises on the forum was very handy in helping with the correct technique.
